Where does Trilanco deliver?
|

We deliver to all UK addresses, Eire, Channel Islands and the EU

How will my goods be delivered?
|
|
We use couriers who deliver straight to
your door. For the majority of UK addresses your order will be delivered
by TNT. For orders over 250KG we use Roadferry for deliveries.

How long will my order take to arrive?
|
|
Most orders placed before 2pm are delivered next working day. Orders can be delivered weekends or before 10.30am or noon the next day
but this service is extra please ask a member of the sales team when placing an order for details of these service rates.

What happens if I am out at the time of delivery?
|
|
You can choose to specify a safe location
to leave your order if you think you might be out at the time of delivery.
But you must make a member of the sales team aware of this at the time of placing your order
so they can make arrangements with the courier, Otherwise the couriers will attempt delivery on two consecutive
days. If they miss you they will leave a card with a contact number
for the local depot. You can then arrange a specific day for delivery.

Can I have my order sent to an address other than my own?
|
|
The order can be sent to any UK address.
|

How do I cancel the order or change the delivery address?
|
|
Contact the customer service team on 01253 888188.
If the order has not yet been despatched they will be able
to cancel the order or make the relevant changes. You can also
issue a cancel request for your order on line in the my account
section under past orders, this will send a cancellation request
to a member of the sales team, You can also track and view the
status of your order on line in the My Account section.

What is the delivery charge?
|
|
The delivery charge is £10.00 per order (UK Mainland), if the value of your order is £385.00 or more excl Vat
your order will be delivered free of charge (UK Mainland only) for rates outside the UK ask a member of the sales team.

How can I pay?
|
|
All payments are on account or proforma invoice, in some cases we can offer cash on delivery
if your order is delivered by Trilanco's own transport.
