| TERMS OF TRADING
ACCEPTANCE
Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our
Terms of trading as detailed below. THE PLACING OF AN ORDER IS DEEMED AS CONFIRMATION
THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
RESERVATION OF 'TITLE' TO GOODS
The property in the Goods shall not pass to any persons or Companies until all monies, owed to TRILANCO have been paid in full. In rare cases where payment by instalment is agreed for any particular delivery of goods, title in none of the goods comprised in such delivery shall pass to the customer until the final instalment has been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against Loss or Damage. The customer will be entitled to sell the goods for and on behalf of the account of TRILANCO and will retain all proceeds of such sales, in trust, for the Company of TRILANCO. TRILANCO shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and TRILANCO and its Employees or Agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossession. Claims for non-delivery or short-delivery, must be notified to TRILANCO, in writing, within three working days. We reserve the right to set off against any amount due from our company to you any amount owing from you, to it.
CREDIT ACCOUNTS and PAYMENT DATES
Credit references will be required for those Customers who require the facility of a Credit Account. Until acceptable credit references have been received, PROFORMA INVOICES will be issued. Payment of all Credit Accounts becomes due, on the payment date, as stated on our invoices. Should payments not be received on the due date we reserve the right to charge statutory interest
PRICES, CARRIAGE and CREDIT NOTES
All goods are subject to ‘VAT’ at the current rate, except where stated ‘0%’. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. The minimum order to qualify for a carriage paid delivery to the U.K mainland is £385.00 (NETT INVOICE VALUE). Orders less than £385.00, will be subject to a carriage charge of £10.00 (U.K mainland only). Goods will not be accepted for credit without prior agreement, in writing, with TRILANCO, and until an official RMA has been raised by Trilanco. Unless the representative of TRILANCO has official company authorisation, they are unable to collect any such goods. All goods accepted for credit will be subject to individual manufacturer’s allowances, if any, plus a 10% handling charge will be deducted.

Under Normal Circumstances TRILANCO will NOT Accept Goods For Return
Goods will ONLY be accepted for the following reasons:
1. RETURNS TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN DELIVERY OR ORDERING
Items requiring Temperature Controlled Storage will be accepted to correct a Delivery Error Only. In this case, the goods must be returned not later than the Next Working Day and must have been stored correctly whilst on the Customer’s Premises.
1.2 To be considered for return, the goods MUST be accompanied by a returns Note showing
a) The name,address and Account of the Customer returning the goods.
b) The quantity, description, strength, pack size and price of the goods.
c) The Invoice Number of the account on which the goods were supplied.
d) The reason for the Return.
1.3 The goods must be in perfect original condition, not marked in any way
and should NOT show any evidence of having been tampered with and
also carry a Product Licence Number.
1.3a Goods will only be accepted if they are returned within the maximum
time limit (between 5-6 days). This applies to goods returned for any
reason except for that of product recall. (See section 2).
1.3b In the event of any of the above conditions not being met, goods will not
normally be accepted for return.
1.4 Immediately on receipt, returned goods will be quarantined in a
separate, well-defined area, pending appropriate action or disposal. No
goods may be returned to shelf stock without the authority of a
designated person, in accordance with internal procedures.
2. RETURNS IN RESPONSE TO A PRODUCT OR A BATCH RECALL, INSTIGATED BY A MANUFACTURER
2.1 The recall arrangements for a Medical Product are dictated by the Product Licence holder and the goods will ONLY be accepted, according to the specific instructions relating to the circumstances surrounding each recall.
2.2 Goods must be returned, as instructed, accompanied by a Returns Note, as per 1.2, indicating the type of recall and where appropriate, the Batch Numbers. This Returns Note should NOT have other products on it.
2.3 Goods must be packed separately and clearly identified as Returns relating to a Product or Batch Recall.
2.4 Credit will only be issued by TRILANCO as authorised by the Manufacturer concerned and at such a time as specified by him.
3. 3. RETURNS BECAUSE A PRODUCT OR PACKAGE IS ALLEGED TO BE FAULTY
3.1 In the case of alleged faulty packaging, the following procedures will apply:
a) Goods must be packed separately and accompanied by a separate Return Note. Details should be as per 1.2, with the addition of the Batch Numbers.
b) Goods must be packed separately and handed to the TRILANCO employee with a request that the goods should be passed to the LOGISTICS MANAGER as soon as the van returns to the warehouse.
c) Goods returned with faulty packaging will be forwarded, by prior arrangement, to the Manufacturer for examination and comment, along with the name, address and telephone number of the original complainant.
3.2 Where a product is alleged to be faulty the procedure in 3.1 will be followed, but in addition, details of the alleged fault should be telephoned to TRILANCO, so that the Manufacturer is alerted as quickly as possible. This in no way precludes a customer from dealing directly with the Manufacturers on the grounds of safety.
3.3 Credit will only be issued by TRILANCO as authorised by the Manufacturer concerned and at such time as specified by them.
